RobiShot Studios – Client Gallery Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing RobiShot Studios! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms before accessing your gallery:

1. Gallery Access

  • Your gallery is private and accessible only via the unique link provided to you by RobiShot Studios.

  • Please do not share this link with anyone you do not want to have access to your images.

2. Image Selection and Delivery

  • If your package includes a set number of edited images, you must select your favorites within 14 days of receiving your unedited gallery.

  • Additional edits beyond your included number are available for purchase at an additional fee.

  • Final edited images will be delivered digitally through the same gallery or via email, based on your selection.

3. Editing and Retouching

  • RobiShot Studios maintains full creative control over the editing style and process.

  • Basic editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor retouching. Requests for heavy editing or manipulation may incur an extra fee.

4. Download Rights

  • You may download the high-resolution edited images for personal use only.

  • Unedited images are not to be downloaded, altered, or shared without express permission.

5. Copyright & Usage

  • RobiShot Studios retains the copyright to all images, including unedited and final edits.

  • You are granted personal usage rights only. This includes printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on social media with proper credit (e.g., 📸 @RobiShotStudios).

  • Images may not be used for commercial purposes (advertising, resale, etc.) without a separate licensing agreement.

6. Gallery Expiration

  • Galleries are available for 30 days after delivery unless otherwise stated. Please download your final images before the gallery expires.

  • A reactivation fee may apply if you need access after the expiration date.

7. Respect & Integrity

  • Please refrain from adding filters or making alterations to the final edited photos.

  • We pour our creativity and time into each session, and altering the images may misrepresent our brand.

By accessing your gallery, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms above.
